All services and equipment must be arranged by the Garvan Woodland Gardens staff. In some cases and based on staff discretion, clients will be allowed to supply their own A/V equipment. If we do not have requested equipment in-house, we will rent it and assess a service fee of 10% of the rental cost. This applies to weddings, meetings, and catered events.
* All events with 50 or more guests where alcoholic beverages are served will be required to have one off-duty, deputized security person on the premises for the duration of the event.
